* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, minor flooding of low lying areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 7.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to continue rising to a
crest of 8.0 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall
below flood stage Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
